Disability Services at ONT
Ontario International Airport provides special assistance for passengers with individual needs and requirements who arrive at ONT. Restrooms, Elevators, Parking, and Restaurants at Ontario Airport are wheelchair accessible.
Passengers who need wheelchair assistance must contact the airline 72 hours in advance to request the service. Wheelchair service is provided via free of charge by the airlines.
ATM Banking at ONT
Bank of America ATM is available in Terminals 2 and 4. In each terminal, there are two Automated Teller Machines (ATM), one on the Upper Level, another on the lower level.
The ATMs on the Lower Level, are situated across from the Information Desk. Concerning the ATMs on the Upper Level, they are accessible across from Gate 206 in Terminal 2 and Gate 407 in Terminal 4. In the Rental Car Facility, there is also one ATM.
ONT Hydration Stations
Passengers at ONT can refill water bottles at Hydration Stations, which are available in Terminal 2 and 4 areas.
ONT Nursing Rooms
ONT provides a private, secure area for mothers. Nursing rooms are available in Terminal 2 and Terminal 4. These rooms allow mothers to breastfeed privately or conveniently. Each nursing area is equipped with an electrical outlet, padded benches, and changing area.
The precise location of Nursing Rooms is: At Terminal 2 on the 2ndfloor after TSA screening, across the Gate 207, close to the Women’s Restroom. At Terminal 4 on the 2ndfloor after TSA across from Gate 407, next to the Family Restroom.
